Main Task - Filming

Yesterday I filmed the production of the main task. Overall I feel that filming went very well and I believe the final result will show the level of detail we went into when filming.

Some of the positives were that I managed time very efficiently. I also used a variety of both camera angles and movement to add different effects to gain the viewer's focus. I used camera movement to create a scary feel to the film as our main idea was based on a horror/crime thriller. Another positive included that there were no acting or unrealistic changes in the clips as this would make the film seem very amatureish in the final result; for example the lights fliker between on and off and we managed to shoot the whole scene without seeing any of the hidden effects.

However on the other hand there were a few minor improvements that could have been made. For example I personally believe that some of the pans were too shaky. This is something that can be easily addressed through a reshoot. Also, when I began shooting it was early evening where as by the end of filming it was very dark and so this may create some confusion.
